Our journey began with Louise, who started her travel industry adventure at a young age.

In 1988, at the age of 17, Louise started as a hostess for Redcrest Holidays.
Her natural talent for connecting with peoplequickly became apparent.

Recognising her potential, Redcrest sponsored Louise to obtain her PSV licence, transforming her role from hosting tours to leading them!
Meanwhile, Paula's path to Cumbria Coaches unfolded a little differently.
Facing redundancy from the Kangol factory in 2005, Paula saw an opportunity for a fresh start.
With her redundancy package, she invested in her PSV training, paving the way for a future collaboration with Louise.
Building a Dream Together
In 2006, Louise and Paula's combined passion for travel materialised with the launch of McQuillins Minibus Hire.

Presented with an exciting proposition – taking over the established business – Louise and Paula embraced the challenge and took it all in their stride.
